The TANDEM PLUS network, established in 2008, is a group of public and private organizations from several European and international countries. TANDEM PLUS is based on the experiences of different countries preoccupied and affected by social exclusion and poverty. It brings together multidisciplinary partners to collectively address this problem by using human, technical and financial means. The exchange of practices and experimentation allow to strengthen professional practices by appropriating the different integration policies from different countries and to build new means of action.
Since 2008, TANDEM PLUS has been a dynamic network of public and private organizations from across Europe and beyond, working together to combat social exclusion and poverty. We believe that by sharing ideas, experimenting with new approaches, and learning from one another, we can build real solutions that change lives.
Through projects like YOUTHIES, we’re equipping young people with the tools for digital storytelling, empowering them to become active citizens in their communities. By learning how to create and share meaningful content, they can critically analyze digital information and foster a responsible digital culture. 🎥🌱
With AgeFactor, we’re bridging the generational gap, helping older adults build digital skills and become more confident online, empowering them to spot disinformation and engage safely. 📱👵🧓
Our Key Competences for All project goes even further, fostering essential digital literacy and critical thinking across all ages, helping communities better navigate the digital world and tackle misinformation head-on. 📚🔍
And with United for Global Goals, we’re connecting people around Europe to share knowledge and build awareness of global issues, including the fight against digital misinformation. 🌍🤝

OUT OF THE BOX INTERNATIONAL (BE)
Out of the Box International is an European Network which brings together different actors working on socially powered innovation, tackling problems with new project ideas and policy initiatives. In TackleDisinfo, our aim is to bridge the growing gap between citizens and digital literacy by providing
expertise, ICT tools and a network which will contribute to consolidate a holistic approach in this experiential learning journey.
We promote engagement by embracing different approaches and methods, e.g. building a community of practice around non-formal education within the digital realm, fostering cross-sectoral cooperation, or ITC tools to merge ordinary life and the digital world. Last but not least, we encourage active participation to bring citizens closer to the immense benefits of digital literacy and critical digital skills essential for combating misinformation.
